  • Knowledge of relational database design, T-SQL, creating stored procedures, views, user defined functions, and triggers
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and break down components to identify a root cause
  • Detailed understanding of Web technologies and security
  • Experience with data binding/single-page app frameworks

Responsibilities: IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems. Advanced technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Deploy and configure services and applications on Azure production environment.
  • Provide support, to diagnose computer hardware, conference room equipment, network systems and computer software programs accurately and quickly.
  • Assist in file backups.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  • Configure, deploy, and support Windows, network printers, mobile phones and related end-user equipment.
  • Analyze, research, and perform problem solving and resolution of issues.
  • Assist with developing PC desktop/laptop hardware, software, and standard configurations.
