Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems for clients, including servers, networks, and storage.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist with the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency with networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience working with a managed service provider (MSP)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Certification in a relevant field (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare)
