- Assist Human Resource in keeping accurate records of HR database database (SAP, and SQL Databases)
 - Support Payroll team including time keeping, track OT, conduct reports
 - Review and update HR policies, handbooks and corporate procedures
 - Work with management to communicate Human Resources policies, and review compliance, standards and employment laws
 - Responsible for departmental open enrollment processes on an annual basis
 - Assist HR Training organization with development of training material for regional employees
 - Maintain accurate HR records and employment files
 - Partner with consulting firms and staffing agencies to fill contact and full time positions.
 - Update job postings and facilitate candidate interviews with managers
 - Manage and coordinate pre-employment drug screening and schedules.
 - Conduct reference checks and coordinate with vendors for verification of employment for candidates that are shortlisted for consideration of employment.
 - Responsible for onboarding of employees, organizing and complete pre-employment documentation.
 
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- 5 + years of experience as a HR representative ( Preferably split between recruitment and Generalist )
 - Proficient with SAP, SQL databases, MS office , MS 365.
 - Must possess exceptional organizational skills
 - Must be able to multitask and manage a full schedule of multiple projects on a daily basis
 - Familiarity with employment laws and Employee relation matters
 - Ability to lead projects such as staffing engagements, consulting staffing and work well with staffing partners
 - Possess excellent communication skills.
