We are seeking an HR Generalist. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders in managing highly sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management,  hiring and terminations. 
  • Assist in developing plans & programs, and coordinate with implementation of such programs. 
  • Assist HR manager in training managers with people management  practices. 
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding , weekly payroll and time and attendance verification.
  • Support Managers by gathering job requirements and helping develop accurate job descriptions for hiring opportunities. 
  • Help compensation team with research and DEI compliance matters 
  •  Ensure that company is 100% compliance in all postings, verify that applicable federal and state requirements are adhered to.
  • Investigate Employee relation matters, conduct investigations and  maintain accurate records.
  • Assist international employees with Immigration matters.
  • Minimum of 7  years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Ability to make critical decisions, and exercise prudent judgment with sensitive matters. 
  • Demonstrate empathetic conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have superior relationship and team building skills, and demonstrated ability to lead. 
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills as well as be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people. 
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
