We are Seeking an SAP Business Analyst who is responsible for Site SAP Sales commercial systems and processes. (SAP modules Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Materials Management, Logistics, Sales & operational Planning processes)

Duties and responsibilities: : 

• Consult and share ideas for optimisation of processes and technology – influence IT & SAP leadershipMust be able to manage an effective response across all stakeholders
• Must possess SME level Global / Sales / logistics process template experience
• Work closely with SAP technical teams to progress solution 
• Hands on for all site SAP Commercial / Sales & Distribution -developing optimisation & project initiatives.
• The role will be focused in operation location and support the global SAP team 
• You will be the POC for critical SAP trouble ticket  and instant resolution 
• Perform logistics functions and work with consultants to provide support for the SAP system and initiate process improvements.
• Forge professional working relationships with Project teams 
• Work with On-shore and remote Application consultants to ensure project is documented.
• Responsible for testing and change validation  per SOW’s 
•  Understand and keep up-to-date with SAP new technologies – conferences, user groups, training
•  Escalate where needed to leadership teams, both business and technology
• Coordinate resources & point of escalation for critical issues on site
• Prepare changes for change approval board• Working with other SAP Global Function teams to make sure alignment with other business cross-functional requirements and priorities are captured
• SAP Configuration and support.
• Material Management (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Logistics Execution (LE)
• S&OP processes
• Responsible for responding to issues in a timely manner.
•  Monitor system performance 
•  SME in the Areas of ABAP,BADIs & BAPIs
